designed in 1993 and first described by Jack Partridge in NMMG bulletin #70, then CAM bulletin #50
"low cost model", i.e. contains no expensive part like 63, 140, and so on ...
The challenge at the time of the design was to build a technically correct model with the only parts from the available sets from Meccano in 1993 (mainly Evolution 6 and motorcycle).
This explains some curious design, especially for the front bumper where red strips were not available in 11 holes for example.
main features:
differential
propeller shaft
steering
front and rear suspension (original Renault parabolic leaf springs replaced with trailing arms, midle arms and Panhard bars)
some simulations for still unavailable VM parts:
* 120d shock absorber (qty 6)
* battery box
* the rear towing hook should be the thick molded zamak one (unavailable)
IMPORTANT WARNING:
the VM file contains one part # 45a
only VM 2.0.4 and higher can open it
(older versions crash)

The file model has been updated: now the battery box and the shockabsorbers 120d are no more mocked-up but are from the VM part list; the rear hook is also the right model (zamak).
The part list is now accurate.
