Described on CQ 104 (june 14)was designed to be used in conjuction with the SML 33a Double Flyboats big Wheels. It introduces intermittent movement to the fair wheel simulating the alternation between turns of the wheel and stops to let riders jump out or come in. It let one seat at the time to be loaded , turns 5 times the wheels and repeat the process
